1. Preliminary Estimates & On-Site Inspection

All online price estimates are calculated based on the grill type, condition notes, and photos submitted through our website. Upon arrival, your Pro Master technician will conduct a 5-minute physical inspection of your grill to confirm the exact final price with you before starting any work.

2. Next-Day Scheduling & Anti-Spam Calendar Protection

Online bookings are available starting from the next calendar day. To protect our technicians' schedule from automated bots or unauthorized bookings, each appointment request is placed on a 30-minute Priority Hold with a 4-digit security code and confirmed once verified by the homeowner or dispatcher.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at zero cost by calling or texting 323-592-0472 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window.
